Construction of Chenoweth began in the early 1980s and finished in the late 1990s, becoming one of first subdivisions in the eastern portion of Brentwood. Located at Concord Road and Green Hill Boulevard, it has over 300 homes with mature trees and well-kept landscaping. The community offers various amenities and hosts events like an annual Easter Egg Hunt, a 4th of July celebration, a summer swim team, and youth tennis clinics.

This website, launched in 2023, enhances communication for Chenoweth residents by offering features like architectural review requests, financial reviews, clubhouse reservations, pool party hosting, and key fob replacement requests, all with automatic email confirmations. Residents can choose multiple reservation dates, reducing paperwork. Access is limited to registered residents, but account setup is free, and existing PTO accounts from EES, BMS, or BHS can be used for login.
