 CHENOWETH HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION (CHOA) 

Since the early 1980's, the Chenoweth Homeowners Association (CHOA) has helped make Chenoweth a great place to live and socialize.  Our board members are your neighbors. We are here to serve, improve, and protect Chenoweth. Our monthly homeowner dues are critical in helping the CHOA deliver on our mission to promote safety, community building as well as maintaining common areas and amenities.
