Chenoweth  

Construction began in the early 1980's and was completed in the late 1990's, which makes Chenoweth one of the first subdivisions in the eastern portion of Brentwood, Tennessee. Situated at the intersection of Concord Road and Green Hill Boulevard, Chenoweth consists of over 300 homes. Mature trees along with well-maintained landscaping can be found throughout the property. In addition to a variety of amenities offered to its residents, Chenoweth also hosts an annual Easter Egg Hunt, 4th of July party, summer swim team and youth tennis clinics. Amenities 

Clubhouse

Chenoweth residents have the opportunity to rent out the clubhouse for any special occasion. The clubhouse has ample seating for guests, a full kitchen, bathroom, extra bar seating, television and internet. Guests can also take advantage of the covered back porch when the weather is nice.

Tennis Courts

Chenoweth residents have access to two tennis courts throughout the year. The courts are equipped with overhead lights to allow residents an opportunity to play after the sun sets.

Swimming Pool

Chenoweth residents will have access to the swimming pool area, located behind the clubhouse, starting the middle of May each year. The pool deck provides residents with comfortable seating around the pool's edge. The zero entry wading pool, with water features, is a great way for the littlest of residents to have fun on those hot summer days. The Junior Olympic size swimming pool, located right next to the wading pool, is equipped with a diving board. Lifeguards are on duty during pool hours.

Playground

Chenoweth residents have access to the playground, across from the tennis courts, all year long pending weather.  Gasser Property Management, LLC provides the upkeep for the playground facility.
